Italian food. It’s delicious. What’s even more delicious (and also fun) is enjoying it after watching a pro chef cook it for you! Your chef, only known to us as “Matthieu”, will show you how to prepare the following mouthwatering menu in this incredible full-day event:
Cooking Demo Menu
- Italian Roast (thinly sliced beef loins with extravagant truffle mayonnaise and tantalizing parmesan)
- Vitello tonnato (Eye round thinly sliced veal with tuna mayonnaise, capers, and lemon)
- Gamba’s con pepperoncino (Delicious prawn with peppers and garlic)
- Raviolio to die for (Ravioli filled with ricotta, spinach and made with a special secret ;))
Wine tasting
In addition to fine dining, you’ll also enjoy incredible wines from all around Italy. You’ll get a chance to sample Tuscan elegance as well as enjoy delicious Sicilian flavors accompanied by bites and a cheese platter.
