The Secret of World Champion Tiramisu

Tiramisù lovers, if you can’t go to Italy, Italy comes to you!

It won’t be a lesson where the chef speaks and you listen but you will be friends having fun together cooking something delicious!

Silvia will make online the perfect Italian Tiramisù worth winning the world championship! She will give some tips to make your masterpiece and you will be surprised about how easy it is to prepare the most known Italian dessert in the world. The list of ingredients is very short and easy to find.

What to Bring

• 8 oz (about 250 gr) mascarpone (typical Italian cheese) if you are not able to find it, contact me and we will find a substitute
• 1 pack ladyfingers (can be replaced, contact me and we will find a way)
• 1 cup (about 200 ml) espresso or strong coffee, cooled
• 2 tbps sugar
• 2 eggs to be used RAW (or pasteurized egg substitute)
• Unsweetened cocoa powder
• Electric hand mixer (much better) or planetary
• 8in x 8in square pan or a 9in x 5in loaf pan for assembling (but there is space for creativity)!)
• 2 round bowls for mixing (about 8in, metallic are better)
