Power to Receive with Elaira Flow

Are you a natural and excellent giver? Do you have a tendency to people-pleasing but feel really uncomfortable even to properly receive a compliment? When you receive a lot, do you feel guilty? Do you give sometimes on the cost of yourself? If any of those is a slight yes, this one is for you!

Most of us are trained to be very good givers. Giving time, help, money, resources, love, all we have. You know, in the hope of “the more you give the more you receive”. It’s very much reinforced value in our society and especially in some cultures. What we don’t often realize is that like with everything in life there needs to be a balance. And like you practice giving, you need to practice the receiving. There is no natural & abundant flow of health, love, money and the rest if one of the sides of giving and receiving is not balanced or blocked.

We will dive into:

• The root cause of the issue, we will get deeper into why we struggle to receive, how it forms.
• Share our stories, best practices, and experiences on the topic.
• We will do some exercises to open up your heart and hopefully enable you to receive what your heart was longing for that day.
