Women in Leadership Webinar
Women in leadership face many specific challenges. At Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) we believe that accomplished women, from a wide range of disciplines and industries, can build meaningful relationships with each other, exchange ideas, and openly share their collective wisdom.
This webinar will focus on the value of gender balance and why it matters for you as an individual and for business and society.
The event is presented together with RSM’s Erasmus Centre for Women and Organisations (ECWO) – an academic research centre for gender equality that delivers the research, programmes, events, mentoring, coaching and the networks to empower women.
