A Sunburnt Country – A World Premiere

The premiere event of ‘A Sunburnt Country’ is not to be missed! This performing arts concept celebrates Australian culture, showcasing the diverse styles of Australian artists. Enjoy music, dance and literature, including world premieres, featuring members of the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp, Ballet Vlaanderen and the Dutch National Opera.

We are incredibly excited to invite world-renowned indigenous didgeridoo artist, William Barton, to join us in premiering his original work for didgeridoo, flute and string quartet, inspired by traditional Aboriginal culture in a modern context. William is a global ambassador for his instrument, his culture and his nation – this is a very special Antwerp appearance!
