14:00-15:00 – Welcome drinks

Chocolate Legends and Chocolate Connoisseur’ Tasting
Kicking off with a quick (and tasty) history lesson, you will be guided through the magical legends of chocolate, with the chance to sample plenty of different chocolates recipes along the way. With a bean-to-bar discovery and chocolate connoisseur tasting session, you’ll then be sampling: raw cocoa nibs, 100% pure chocolate and seven different chocolate recipes to expand your chocolate universe and develop a discerning palate.

15:00-16:00 – Chocolate Praline making

Diving into the chocolate making, we will be creating very own personalised pralines using your kitchen tools, you will learn how to create the best chocolates with the simplest elements. Maria will share her secrets and get you inspired to further create with chocolate!

16:00-17:00 – Chocolate Mousse delicacy

After demonstrations from the chef, the chocolate making and chocolate decorating continues with a chocolate mouse delicacy. You’ll be dipping and decorating your way to Belgium creations using white, milk and dark chocolate with a passion fruit flavour kick. This special dessert will be plated and you will impress your audience with this creation!

Goody Bags

You will leave with the chocolate creations made along the day packed up in ribbon tied bags!
